Fair prices at Roetgen Therme
We will continue to strive to create a healthy price-performance ratio in the future. Many hotels are now, at the latest, saying goodbye to printed, annually fixed prices, but instead decide anew every day according to supply and demand. This price concept does not fit into our philosophy.

Even though all costs are currently rising, it is elementary for us to maintain the quality of our service or even to increase it in certain areas. So we will continue to invest in our operations. Enormous energy costs
The increased energy costs are weighty for our calculation.
We look at this rapidly rising price development with caution and respect and very much hope for your understanding!
We have not adjusted our prices since 2017, but now we feel the time has come to do so.
Important for you, all vouchers, day tickets and ten-person tickets purchased by 30.09.2022 will of course retain their value and can be redeemed at no extra charge.

Dear friends of the Roetgen Therme,
Difficult weeks and months lie behind us, in which we all had to get used to new circumstances and ways of behaving. We were forced to give up our promise of being there for you 365 days a year with the temporary closure. This time was certainly a loss of joy and quality of life for many of our guests. We all missed you, dear guests, very much.
VACCINATED OR RECOVERED - Admission requirement for visiting the Roetgen Therme
From Friday, March 4th, the following applies throughout the house:
3G REGULATION (RECOVERED, VACCINATED OR TESTED):
Vaccinated (from the 15th day after the second vaccination)
Recovered (up to 90 days after official positive test evidence)
Tested (official rapid test 24h, PCR test valid for 48h, no self-test)
CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS
up to and including 17 years of age do not require any proof, except, if applicable, proof of age.
Our employees are all vaccinated.
What has changed with the current distance and hygiene regulations?
1. How much does admission to the Roetgen Therme cost?
The usual tariffs apply.
2. what are the current opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 11 am - 10 pm
Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. - midnight
Sunday - & public holiday 10 am - 10 pm.
No prior reservation is necessary.
3. Has the dress code changed?
No. The Roetgen Therme continues to be a textile-free facility where textile-free bathing is permitted. In the rest of the house/outdoor facility, we ask that you wear a bathrobe. Textile-free sunbathing is of course permitted. Towels and bathrobes can be rented for a fee.
4. Do I have to wear a mask in the Roetgen Therme?
Due to current hygiene and distance regulations, a mask must be worn on all indoor walkways. You may, of course, take it off on our loungers, when showering, in the saunas, in the seating areas of the restaurant and in the pools. If you do not have a mask with you, you can purchase one from us (€1.00). Please keep a distance of 1,5 mtr. in the whole area.
5. What are the opening hours of the kitchen?
The kitchen is open daily at the following times:
Monday to Thursday 16:00 - 21:00 h
Friday and Saturday 13:00 - 21:30 h
Sunday & public holiday 13:00 - 21 hrs.
6) What are the opening hours of the massage department and what do I have to consider when booking a massage?
We can offer massage appointments daily between 10:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Booking appointments is strongly recommended. Simply call us on +49 2471 - 12030. It is compulsory to wear a mask during our massage treatments. In addition, we ask that you arrive at the massage entrance 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, showered. Please tie up long hair with a hair tie.
7. Are all areas of the Roetgen Therme freely accessible?
From 16.06.2021 onwards, all wellness areas of our hotel can be used, subject to individual instructions and current hygiene/protection regulations.
The display of blankets and pillows will be waived for the time being for reasons of infection protection. Please place a sufficiently large towel between the skin and the lying surface yourself to avoid contact.
8. rules for the saunas?
In all saunas there is an individual capacity limit adapted to the room. If possible, you should refrain from lying down in the saunas, out of consideration for the other guests and due to the reduced capacity. Please take note of the respective notices and check yourself and in your own interest whether access is still possible. For reasons of hygiene, it is more important than ever that a sufficiently large towel is placed underneath and that no part of the body touches the wood. Please shower off thoroughly after each sauna session.
9. rules for the pools?
For the indoor pools, the posted number of persons applies. The outdoor pools can be used freely. Please observe the distance requirement. Please be considerate of other guests and limit your stay in the water accordingly. Please take note of the respective notices and check yourself and in your own interest whether access is still possible.
According to current scientific knowledge, the virus is not transmitted through the water - all pools are chlorinated. Chlorine kills viruses and bacteria. In addition, the water quality in all pools is tested regularly and under strict official conditions.
10. hygiene and distance regulations to be observed in general?
Only people without symptoms typical of Covid-19 are allowed to enter.
By purchasing your admission ticket for the wellness centre, you agree to the general house and bathing rules as well as the special regulations listed here with regard to the corona pandemic.
As part of the mandatory contact tracking, we are required to collect your full contact details and store them for four weeks. This is done either via a third party provider (e.g. Luca or by means of a contact details sheet).
Due to current circumstances, cashless payment is preferred.
Please observe the signs regarding distance requirements in all areas as well as the cough and sneeze etiquette.
Keep to the prescribed distance of at least 1.5 metres from other people in all areas. Often it is enough to simply wait a short moment and take a step back.
Markings throughout the building will help you keep to the distance rules and show restricted areas.
If two lockers are occupied close to each other, we ask you to be considerate: here, too, the distance rules must be observed or, if necessary, to wait briefly. In this way, a minimum distance can also be guaranteed during changing.
Our loungers and seating groups are unchanged. Please take care of the required minimum distance on your own and leave a lounger free if necessary. There is still no reservation of sunbeds.
The nose and mouth protection can be hung on the towel hooks during shower time.
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap on a regular basis (at least 20 seconds). In addition, disinfection dispensers are available at central points.
Please wear a mask on all walkways. Please always place a sufficiently large towel between you and a lying surface to avoid contact between skin and surface.
