Bathing in hay at 70°C is the order of the day. The hay bath serves as natural prevention against colds, promotes blood circulation and inhibits inflammation. The healing powers of hay have been known to the farmers of the Alpine region for centuries. Our sweat lodge, made with hay and fir branches from the Eifel, makes use of this knowledge. The pleasant scent, in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Eifel, makes for a unique sauna experience.
